is under the control of the Group/Practice/Client entity and Prodata Systems, Inc. support staff. This
information will be used in accordance with the official signed contract for the Group/Practice/Client,
the Terms of Use Agreement and the Privacy policy unless the Group/Practice/Client entity or Prodata
Systems, Inc. has been otherwise notified. Prodata Systems, Inc. will not release any confidential
user information.
Internet Information
We use third party products to track usage of our site and store information such as the domain name
from which you contact us, the pages you request, the referring site, and the time you spend on our
site. This information is used in aggregate primarily to improve our marketing efforts and expand our

Prodata Systems, Inc. relies on the implementations of 128-bit RSA® Public Key Cryptography to protect
data and personal information provided to us via the Internet. This encryption technology is deployed by
using the Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") or by use of the Secure ICA Client. Our goal is to maintain
HIPAA standards for health care data privacy and transmission.

Prodata Systems has in place appropriate physical, electronic, procedural and managerial safeguards to
protect all information that is submitted or transmitted to our site. We maintain multiple copies of backup
data at our physical location. Our data security plans are reviewed regularly and revised as technology and
